We made arrangements with Animal Wellness Centre (AWC) that we will "bring" a lunch celebration / remembrance activity to AWC. It was planned more than 3 weeks prior, and we had to make sure that the lunch we brought to AWC, sans allergies to the majority of the staff and Dr Ly.
The main dishes were ordered two days ago, from Sushi Tei (Raffles City), and collection was when they first opened their shop at 11:30am. This would give us time to get to AWC, and the food remained fresh.
The morning started early as we also had to pick up "The Cake" (ie Chester's Strawberry Shortcake), and this has been Chester's signature cake-cake for a few years. So a celebration in Chester, must include The Cake. Four Leaves Bakery does not take phone reservation, Hence we had to go in person to purchase The Cake.
